Hand in Hand Sweden is a non-profit organization working with entrepreneurship as an effective, long-term, and sustainable method to fight poverty. The organization recognizes people’s ideas, competence, and motivation and supports them with the necessary tools to change their situation. Through training and education in entrepreneurship, Hand in Hand provides vulnerable persons with the opportunity to create a livelihood. The comprehensive development programmes in India, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Tanzania and Afghanistan also address issues related to health, IT skills, democracy, and the environment.
